Granite & Quartz Countertops in Kyalami and Midrand

We install granite and quartz countertops in Kyalami and Midrand – Kyalami Estates, Blue Hills, Carlswald, Beaulieu, Waterfall, Crowthorne and Noordwyk – from our workshop in Kya Sands.

Rustenburg 20mm countertop

Large kitchens, outdoor kitchens and entertainment areas

Kyalami’s bigger plots mean bigger kitchens: long islands, sculleries, wet bars and outdoor braai areas. Granite such as Rustenburg is tough and heat resistant for everyday cooking, quartz keeps a clean, even look, and Dekton handles direct sun on patios without fading.

Premium surfaces

  • Silestone and Caesarstone quartz in marble-look and matt finishes
  • Dekton, Neolith and Lutum sintered stone – heat, scratch and UV resistant
  • Natural marble and onyx for statement islands, vanities and feature walls
  • Granite – Rustenburg, Sable Black, Kalahari Spring and exotic slabs
  • Waterfall ends, mitred edges and full-height splashbacks

Also for estates and developments

We quote for single homes as well as units in Midrand developments. Ask about vanity tops, staircases and fireplace surrounds at the same time to keep one finish throughout.

How it works

  • Quote: send measurements or a plan and choose your stone and edge.
  • Deposit: a 70% deposit orders your slab; the balance is paid on installation.

  • Installation: usually 1–2 days on site, including sink and hob cut-outs.

Our Kya Sands showroom (Unit 4, Kya Sands Compact Minis, Granite Dr) has colour samples. Full slabs can be viewed at our supplier’s warehouse by appointment. Trading hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00, Saturday by appointment.

We also install in Fourways, Sandton and Randburg & northern Johannesburg.
